JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Marketing Operations is a strategic leader responsible for building, managing, and optimizing the systems, data and processes that power the marketing organization. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing function--driving efficiency, performance measurement, technology integration, project management and budget alignment; playing a critical role in campaign execution, lead management, sales alignment and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in marketing operations, particularly within B2B and healthcare technology environments to modernize the current marketing infrastructure and tech stack.
Working cross-functionally, this leader ensures that marketing efforts and performance are best in class, scalable, measurable and aligned with business goals

Compensation
The salary range for this position is 130-140K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
