Your Role

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will lead demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads and accelerate the sales pipeline balancing storytelling with measurable lead-gen results. This role will bridge marketing and sales by creating campaigns and collateral that support the sales process and enable conversion. This role is both strategic and hands-on, combining campaign execution with client-facing initiatives that drive audience engagement, brand authority, lead generation, and commercial growth.

The ideal candidate has the skills to generate MQLs/SQLs, grow the pipeline, and deliver measurable ROI through multi-channel demand generation campaigns. Through strategic planning and tactical execution, they will equip sales with the right content and tools (case studies, decks, collateral) while also running content campaigns to feed the pipeline. They will collaborate closely with sales, digital product, and editorial teams to create content experiences that deliver measurable ROI for both our business and our partners.

Key Focus Areas

  • Demand generation campaigns and storytelling that supports commercial and client goals.
  • Campaign asset creation for lead capture.
  • Nurture flows and conversion optimization through multi-channel campaign execution (email, social, web, SEO, paid).
  • Partner with sales on pipeline goals: ROI reporting & analytics, improved deal close velocity.
  • Creation of sales enablement collateral (case studies, one-pages, presentations)
  • Creation of content campaigns to support pipeline and client-facing co-branded content.
  • Alignment of sales and marketing messaging and sales collateral library management.
  • Campaign performance measurement and continuous optimization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute lead-gen campaigns across the full marketing funnel to optimize conversion.
  • Build landing pages, nurture emails, webinars, white papers.
  • Develop messaging for verticals & personas.
  • Partner with sales to align campaigns with pipeline gaps and collaborate on proposals and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance including client ROI, produce reports, and refine campaign strategies based on insights.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of case studies, one-pagers, and decks to enable sales.
  • Adapt editorial content and value into sales-ready assets and execute supporting content campaigns.
  • Track usage and effectiveness of sales tools.
  • Works closely with sales, editorial, and digital teams to design campaigns that directly contribute to pipeline growth, ensure collateral and campaigns align with sales needs, and alignment of messaging across teams.

The skills & experience you'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B demand gen marketing, media, or publishing (energy/industrial sector preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and build thought leadership.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Omeda, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial, editorial, and digital teams.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, especially in client-facing settings.

  • The salary range for this role is 60-70k dep. on experience.
  • 100% Remote or Hybrid if near Tulsa, Shelton, or NJ Offices
