SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING MANAGER – FMCG B2B (Remote)
We are a fast-growing distributor of premium food & drink brands, supplying British and European FMCG products to B2B customers across retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels. We are looking for a creative, organised, and commercially minded Social Media & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital presence and marketing content.
This is a mid-level, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multi-channel content, email campaigns, visual design briefs, and presentation development.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3–5 years of marketing and content experience, preferably within FMCG or B2B environments
· Proven experience managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
· Confident writing short, clear marketing copy and product descriptions for a B2B audience
· Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
· Skilled in PowerPoint and presentation formatting
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Basic understanding of website CMS systems (Shopify, WordPress, or similar)
· Strong English and Native Russian language skills (spoken and written) required.
· Must be set up as self-employed to invoice on a consultancy basis.

· Experience with visual design tools, briefing design assets, or an interest in website development a plus
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow our social media presence across all major channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
· Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms and marketing materials
· Coordinate and request product imagery from partner brands and suppliers
· Create or brief the creation of visual assets incl logos for digital campaigns, food fairs, and internal presentations, signatures etc
· Draft compelling email campaigns and maintain regular product update emails via Mailchimp
· Share campaign analytics and performance summaries with the commercial team
· Develop and maintain tailored PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings and client pitches
· Create sales presentation emails within Sugar CRM for all new brands
· Keep product descriptions, images, and brand information up to date on all platforms, external and internal.
· Maintain product catalogue on company’s website
· Support brand relationship building

Work Conditions:
· Remote and flexible working hours
· Full time, Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day, 40 hours a week.
· Self-employed – you are responsible for your own tax affairs and invoicing.
