About The Role
The Integrated Marketing Associate focuses on driving the planning, execution, and management of promotional marketing activities that span multiple channels. This role involves creating the signage for promotional campaigns, managing the process and the people involved, and communicating effectively with all levels throughout the organization. The Integrated Marketing Associate is responsible for creating and leading the execution of promotional marketing tactics that align with overall business goals. This role is focused on driving promotions within in-store signage & Field support tactics, yet provides a supporting role throughout multiple channels, ensuring cohesive messaging, effective content management, performance tracking and clear and timely communication.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing or promotional roles, with exposure to multi-channel campaigns.
Skills
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing principles and promotional strategies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, Figma, Asana, Dropbox
Experience in managing promotional events and activities.
Detail-oriented and able to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation Range: $59,670.00 - $79,560.00

All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
