Are you a performance-driven affiliate marketer with a strategic mind and technical edge? We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience managing both B2B and B2C programs—plus the technical fluency to work across tracking platforms, marketing tools, and startup teams.
This role starts part-time, with a minimum of 10 hours per week, and offers a clear, structured path to full-time employment within 3–6 months.
What You'll Do
- Manage affiliate programs on Impact, Everflow, AWIN, CJ, and PartnerStack
- Recruit, onboard, and grow a portfolio of high-performing affiliates and publishers
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and strategic teams to develop and launch conversion-driven campaigns
- Work directly with developers and IT teams to ensure accurate setup of tracking pixels, server-to-server postbacks, and deep links
- Integrate affiliate platforms with marketing and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Klaviyo
- Monitor KPIs, attribution models, and campaign performance, then report actionable insights
- Lead strategy sessions and deliver insights during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Proactively monitor compliance and ensure ethical promotion standards are maintained
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of affiliate program management experience (B2B & B2C)
- Exposure to non-affiliate marketing and how holistic marketing works.
- Deep understanding of tracking systems, attribution logic, postbacks, and cookie-based vs. S2S tracking.
- Expertise in affiliate tracking + attribution or working with platforms like Triple Whale or GA4.
- Experience with 3rd-party platform integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo) into affiliate platforms
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams
- Proven success on platforms: Impact, PartnerStack, AWIN, CJ, Everflow
- Start-up environment experience—you know how to move fast, wear multiple hats, and adapt as priorities shift.
- Bonus: Familiarity with CRM and email automation workflows
If you haven't handled platform integrations but have a technical background and understand setting up systems like Google Tag Manager (GTM) or GA4, let's have a conversation. You could have the understanding to work on the platform implementations.
