What You’ll Be Responsible For

Circle is looking for someone to join the Solutions Engineering team in the United States, supporting our engagements with partners in Capital Markets, including traditional exchanges, clearing houses, and prime brokers to drive the adoption and growth of USDC. You will play an integral role in defining and executing our solution validation processes across the entire customer lifecycle. From discovery calls to post sales support and implementation, you will partner with prospects, partners, and customers and guide them along their technical evaluation of Circle’s suite of products and services. You will develop customized PoCs, solution diagrams, and implementation plans that articulate the value of Circle’s technology for our customers. You will heavily collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to provide market feedback and analysis that will influence our product roadmap.

What You’ll Work On

You will work with Circle leadership and key stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy for key platform segments and accounts, which will include:

• Collaborate closely with Circle’s Business Development team, assuming responsibility for technical and solution facets of partner engagements.
• Articulate Circle's product offerings to prospective partners, ensuring they comprehend how our solutions meet their needs.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, effectively capturing partner requirements.
• Drive partner success: Design solutions and liaise across departments to address potential product limitations.
• Work in tandem with our product and engineering teams, helping prioritize and address product gaps.
• Join forces with Circle’s partner management team, overseeing all technical dimensions post-sales.
• Collect and relay market feedback, ensuring our product and engineering teams remain informed.
• Create and sustain an internal knowledge repository about our existing and forthcoming products.
• Represent the solutions engineering team at key industry events and conferences, upholding Circle’s reputation.
• Supporting the Global Solutions Engineering team with internal projects.

What You'll Bring To Circle

• You bring over 10+ years of experience from roles like Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect or Product Manager, preferably with a capital markets background.

• Communicator at Heart: Your communication and storytelling skills shine, whether it's in one-on-one discussions or presenting to larger teams.
• Problem Solver: You approach challenges with a blend of logic and creativity, always seeking the best outcomes.
• Partner-Focused: Recognized for a partner-centric approach, you've been a dependable advocate for sales, partner management and product/tech teams.
• Technical Achievements: You have a history of successfully designing and validating technical solutions, especially for large, complex organizations.
• Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with API testing, database querying, and sketching out technical flows is second nature to you.
• Collaborator: A proven track record of working alongside developers on product integration and development.
• Leadership Qualities: If you've managed a team before, it's a bonus. Your ability to work in tandem with multiple departments stands out.
• Blockchain and Fintech Curiosity: You possess an interest in blockchain solutions, and any experience in Fintech is a definite plus.
• Drive and Collaboration: An entrepreneurial spirit is evident in your work. You value fast-paced environments and prioritize building strong relationships.
• Ready to Travel: regular travel (up to 25%) to external events and to meeting partners/customers across the US region should be expected.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Macbook preferred.

__Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

_Base Pay Range: $175,000 - 225,000
