About the Role
Cinq Music is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to support and scale our most impactful marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of brand partnerships, artist & fan marketing, and platform implementation, playing a key role in delivering meaningful initiatives and systems that drive growth and engagement for our artists.
You’ll collaborate across departments - including Marketing, Artist & Label Services, and A&R - to build, manage, and optimize programs that elevate Cinq’s brand, deepen fan connection, and improve the efficiency of our marketing engine. The ideal candidate is an organized, action-oriented marketing generalist with excellent project management skills, performance marketing knowledge, and a passion for music, pop culture, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
- Support ideation and execution of artist- and brand-marketing initiatives, including co-branded partnerships, activations, and campaigns.
- Help drive artist growth and revenue through lifecycle marketing strategies (e.g. email, SMS, etc.), with a focus on Cinq’s Growth artist segment
- Translate big creative concepts into clear project plans and deliverables.
Platform & Process Implementation
- Lead implementation and ongoing management of marketing systems (e.g., CRM, lifecycle tools, revenue reporting).
- Work closely with Marketing, A&R and Finance teams to ensure artist data is structured, actionable, and comprehensive
- Develop and own scalable processes for fan data collection and engagement.
Partnerships & Campaign Management
- Support outreach and coordination of artist brand partnerships, ensuring all contractual deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard.
- Serve as point of contact for select experiential activations and multi-brand collaborations.
- Track timelines, coordinate asset delivery (social, OOH, promo) and logistics, and manage internal/external communication.
- Report on performance of partnerships, generating insights and recommendations.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in marketing, program management, or partnerships - ideally with experience in music, entertainment, or brand marketing
- A broad understanding of marketing principles and demonstrated experience across various marketing channels/funnel stages
- Strong project management skills and experience delivering multi-workstream initiatives from initiation to completion
- A blend of creative and analytical thinking, able to take conceptual ideas and execute with precision, while staying audience- and data-aware
- Comfortable navigating CRM, performance marketing platforms, and digital campaign tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for music and understanding of culture-driving moments
