We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with 8-12 years of expertise in C# development to join our dynamic team as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications while ensuring high performance and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using C# and related technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
Implement best coding practices and maintain code quality standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Develop Tools, APIs and integrate third-party services.
Ensure security and data protection in applications.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills:

8-12 years of experience in .NET development using C#.
Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB).
Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Have:

Experience using PHP
Experience using Phyton
Experience with building restful JSON web services

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
