About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Amazon Advertising Manager to support the execution and optimisation of Amazon Advertising campaigns across six international marketplaces (US, UK, DE, FR, IT, and ES). This hands-on role focuses on campaign creation, optimisation, reporting, and identifying growth opportunities across a broad FBM custom product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Build, launch, and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across six Amazon marketplaces.
Create campaigns for new product launches and existing product lines, managing targeting, budgets, bidding, placements, and campaign structures in Amazon Seller Central.
Monitor and optimise campaign performance through bid management, keyword optimisation, search term harvesting, and ongoing performance analysis.
Identify performance trends, coverage gaps, and growth opportunities, recommending actions to improve sales and efficiency.
Support testing initiatives, maintain campaign reporting, and collaborate with Creative, Commercial, and Channel teams to deliver advertising priorities.
Utilise AI tools to improve efficiency while validating outputs and supporting continuous process improvements.

Skills & Experience

2–4 years of Amazon Advertising experience across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Experience managing campaigns in Amazon Seller Central, ideally across multiple marketplaces and FBM portfolios.
Strong understanding of bidding, targeting, search term optimisation, campaign structure, and advertising KPIs (ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS).
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with bid management platforms (e.g. BidX) is a plus.
Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent English communication skills and availability to overlap UK/EU working hours.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
