About the Role:

This role involves developing and maintaining full-stack .NET applications, leveraging React.js, ensuring code quality, guiding team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable software solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies on the backend and React.js with JavaScript on the frontend.

Object-Oriented Design:

Apply OOP principles and SOLID design patterns to ensure clean, maintainable, and robust code architecture.

Code Quality & Best Practices:

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code. Conduct thorough unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards.

Problem Solving & Debugging:

Analyze, debug, and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively, ensuring smooth and efficient application performance.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional team members including developers, testers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality features.

Mentorship & Guidance:

Share expertise with junior team members, offer technical guidance, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and upskilling.

Communication:

Clearly communicate technical concepts and project updates to stakeholders and team members, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.

Required Skills:

4+ years of hands-on development experience as a .Net Full Stack developer
Strong foundation in Object Oriented Programming and Design Principles (OOP/OOD/SOLID)
Good experience in React.js & Javascript
Develop clean, efficient, maintainable and extendable code
Perform code reviews and conduct unit testing to ensure standards are understood and being followed
Able to use your experience to guide team members and suggest solutions to problems
Collaborating with other team members to develop a seamless solutions
Effectively communicate with the wider team and business stakeholders
Good technical design, problem solving, debugging and communication skills
