Growth Marketing Manager (Excellent English)

Every CIENCE campaign lives inside a live matrix (“Grid”) that aligns:

1. ICP slices (industry × persona × buy-cycle)
2. Message variants (hook, CTA, objection set)
3. Channel cadences (email / voice / SMS / LinkedIn)
4. Outcome metrics (opens → replies → meetings → pipeline)

You’ll own those grids for a portfolio of at-risk accounts—rebuilding, testing, and tuning until the dashboard flips from red to green.

What You’ll Actually Do

Daily

• Serve as connective tissue between clients, SDR pods, and SDR Managers.• Update Grid rows with fresh AI-generated copy, new ICP filters, and channel tweaks.• Spot real-time issues in the GTM stack (Outreach / Apollo / in-house AI) and fix fast.

Weekly

• Host “Grid Health” calls with each client—celebrate wins, level-set expectations, and redirect energy toward highest-ROI experiments.• Coach SDRs on the why behind every sequence, ensuring perfect execution.

Monthly

• Ship a data-rich review: tests run, lessons learned, next hypotheses.• Transition stabilized accounts to steady-state; onboard fresh at-risk logos.

What Makes You Perfect for the Role

• 3+ yrs designing B2B outbound campaigns or leading an SDR team with heavy marketing overlap.
• Fluent English; expert at setting and re-setting expectations with demanding US clients.
• Hands-on with a modern GTM stack (sequencers, CRMs, ClickHouse/Looker dashboards, AI copy & intent tools).
• Experimental mindset: test → measure → iterate is second nature.
• Love translating strategy into frontline playbooks and vice versa—your super-power is connective tissue.
