Job Overview
As the Marketing Manager for South Korea, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to elevate Cider’s brand presence, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. You must be fluent in both English and Korean and have a deep understanding of the local fashion industry, media landscape, and influencer/celebrity ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to grow Cider’s brand awareness and market share in South Korea.
- Lead campaign ideation, planning, and execution, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines while tailoring messaging for the Korean audience.
- Manage relationships with local media, influencers, and celebrities to secure partnerships and collaborations.
- Oversee social media marketing, including content strategy for platforms like Instagram, Naver, Kakao, and TikTok, ensuring high engagement and virality.
- Collaborate with global teams (creative, PR, e-commerce) to adapt international campaigns for the Korean market.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute events, pop-ups, and PR activations to strengthen brand positioning.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Korean (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong network within the Korean fashion, media, and celebrity/influencer community.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and content creation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in social media analytics and performance marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Based in Seoul.
