This role requires producing innovative visual content for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and promotional materials, while ensuring brand consistency. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, working within marketing platforms like ActiveCampaign and exploring new technologies, including AI, to test and optimize visuals.
Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Innovative Design and Development: Create and implement cutting-edge graphic designs across various digital and print marketing mediums that engage our audience and lead to tangible outcomes such as increased engagement or subscriptions.
- Strategic Marketing Collaboration: Provide critical visual assets that align with marketing goals across various platforms, ensuring cohesive branding and impactful messaging.
- Platform Proficiency: Utilize and optimize multiple marketing tools and platforms, able to create graphics within interfaces for advertising, newsletters, and social media.
- Project Management: Manage graphic design projects from conception to completion, maintaining high standards under tight deadlines.
- Monitor Trends & Measure Impact: Stay ahead of technology subscription best-practices and design standards to elevate the quality and performance of marketing outputs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a self-driven, detail-oriented designer with a passion for crafting engaging and effective visuals for a Christian audience and experience in marketing-focused graphic design.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with marketing platforms like ActiveCampaign
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design with a focus on marketing applications
- Familiarity with AI tools in graphic design and willingness to explore new technologies
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively across multiple teams
- Experience in the non-profit, media, or Christian sectors is preferred
