Your Role: Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer at Chorus, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and scaling our platform capabilities through modern Microsoft cloud technologies. You’ll design, build, and optimize robust solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 CE and Azure to meet the evolving needs of behavioral health practices across the country.
You’ll work alongside a highly collaborative team of architects, analysts, and fellow engineers to deliver intuitive, secure, and impactful technology that directly supports the delivery of care.
Key Responsibilities
-Architect, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based services and system integrations using Microsoft Azure
-Design, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions to support complex healthcare workflows
-Collaborate closely with solution architects, business analysts, and engineering peers to ensure platform alignment with strategic goals
-Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices
-Participate in peer reviews, contribute to the evolution of engineering standards, and help drive our technical roadmap
-Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve product performance and developer productivity
Ideal Candidate Profile
-5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on C#/.NET
-Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement); Power Platform knowledge is a strong plus
-Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services
Solid understanding of modern software engineering principles, including CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps pipelines
-Previous experience in the healthcare or behavioral health industry is highly desirable
-Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
