What You Will Do

We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to join as Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Communications. This role will lead integrated strategies and breakthrough campaigns that drive awareness, strengthens equity and loyalty, and accelerates brand and community growth. As part of the senior marketing leadership team, you will shape how Chomps shows up in culture and in consumers' daily lives through impactful storytelling, dynamic partnerships, and earned, owned, and paid media integration.

You will directly oversee an internal team responsible for partnerships & community, social media, and PR with external agency resources. You'll work closely with our brand strategy team, media owners, agency partners, and creative team to deliver work that blends art and science, inspiring consumers while delivering measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual integrated marketing communications planning across priority business initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, strategic clarity, and executional excellence.
  • Oversee Partnerships & Community, Social Media, and PR functions, setting vision, priorities, and KPIs to drive growth and deepen consumer connection.
  • Develop and activate integrated, omnichannel campaigns that build brand equity, fuel cultural relevance, and generate consumer response across the full marketing funnel.
  • Partner closely with the media center of excellence (COE) and external media agency to ensure owned, earned, and paid integration that maximizes reach and ROI. Budget ownership of brand channels, with support from media COE.
  • Translate consumer insights and cultural intelligence into strategies and programs that spark bold, insight-driven ideas.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional peers (Brand, Creative, Insights, Finance, Operations, Sales) to ensure strategies are well-connected across the business.
  • Establish and evolve measurement frameworks, monitor KPIs, and deliver reporting that drives continuous optimization and accountability.
  • Manage budgets across communications functions, ensuring efficient allocation, stewardship, and ROI.
  • Manage agency and partner relationships, ensuring collaboration, clear direction, and output that reflects Chomps' brand standards and business goals.
  • Keep a pulse on cultural, food, health, and wellness trends; leverage competitive intelligence and emerging media strategies to drive innovation.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire direct reports, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and results.
  • Represent Integrated Marketing Communications leadership in executive-level discussions and planning, ensuring integration into the overall marketing strategy.

Who You Are

  • BA or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in consumer marketing roles, ideally within food, beverage, or lifestyle brands with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success designing and executing fully integrated marketing campaigns that span earned, owned, shared, and paid channels.
  • Strong background in brand storytelling, social/digital marketing, partnerships, and PR.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and agency relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with proven success developing impactful programs, paired with a bias for action and execution.
  • Strong communicator and storyteller, with the ability to inspire teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Inclusive, collaborative leader with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resourceful, entrepreneurial environment.

Position: Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Communications

Reports to: SVP, Marketing

Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time, exempt

Salary Range Opportunity:

  • The salary range for this role is $190,000 - $200,000 + 25% annual bonus

Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp:

  • Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry
  • Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company
  • In addition to base salary, full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K 6% match, and monthly reimbursements for wellness and home office.
