Role Description The Sr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual assets for wedding cards and boxes, baby shower gifts, festive hampers, corporate gifting, and related packaging. This full-time, on-site role in Ludhiana involves creating brand-aligned designs, layouts, and artwork across print and digital media, from initial concept to final production-ready files. The role includes developing mood boards, exploring color palettes and typography, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful designs. The Sr. Graphic Designer will work closely with print vendors and internal production to ensure high-quality output, accurate color reproduction, and consistent brand identity across all materials. The position also includes reviewing and refining designs based on feedback, maintaining design libraries, and contributing fresh creative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for print and digital applications, with a portfolio showcasing premium packaging, invitations, or gifting solutions.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities across products, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for cards, boxes, and other collateral.
• Advanced experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar software).
• Proven experience in print production, packaging design, and working with printers or vendors for color matching and material selection.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and prior experience in a senior or lead design role; experience in gifting, hospitality, or luxury brands is an advantage.
