Medium Voltage Product Marketing Manager plays a central part in the deployment of CHINT’s ambitious SF₆-free product roadmap, at a pivotal time when new European environmental regulations are coming into effect. You will lead the marketing and technical application strategy for Medium Voltage (MV) products and switchgear, ensuring our offer is aligned with evolving market demands and sustainability goals. As a Medium Voltage Product Marketing & Application Engineer, you will define, plan, and implement strategic initiatives across Europe in close collaboration with local teams and global headquarters. Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute technical application marketing strategies for MV products across Europe in alignment with regional and global marketing teams.
• Strategic Growth: Contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets by leading product and solution planning, identifying market opportunities, and supporting sales execution.
• Customer & Solution Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expert-level support on solution design, feasibility, and performance optimization.
• Training & Enablement: Deliver impactful training to internal teams and external customers to enhance awareness and adoption of MV applications and solutions.
• Market Influence: Drive prescription activities with consultants, specifiers, and end-users to position CHINT’s solutions as preferred options.
• Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical input and tender support to sales teams, ensuring high-quality proposals and tailored customer solutions.
• Value Proposition: Define and communicate compelling value propositions and produce differentiators to internal and external stakeholders.
• Product Strategy: Recommend product launches, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies that align with customer needs and business goals.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis, including customer research and competitor benchmarking, to inform tactical and strategic decision-making.
• Pricing & Policy: Collaborate with commercial teams to establish accurate local pricing structures and maintain competitive yet profitable pricing policies.
• Product Development: Liaise with Global HQ and R&D teams to incorporate customer feedback and ensure continuous product evolution and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6 years in engineering, product marketing, solution design, or equivalent market-facing roles.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in MV products, switchgear systems, and competitive solutions.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability in value-based selling and solution-oriented marketing.
• Communication: Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to deliver persuasive, innovative presentations.
• Professionalism: High level of adaptability, independence, and professionalism in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Business Leadership: Experience in business planning, budget management, and process optimization.
• Results Focus: Demonstrated passion for performance, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on mindset.

Location: The position is based in Europe, preferably in one of our EU subsidiaries (Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid, Venice, Prague, Bucharest, Warsaw) with regular collaboration across European markets and frequent interaction with CHINT’s global headquarters. Occasional travel within Europe and to China may be required, depending on project needs and business priorities.
