Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid (mostly remote) role for a Senior Product Designer based in Sydney, NSW. The Senior Product Designer will lead the design lifecycle, including user research, visual design, and product design efforts. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centred solutions, improve existing product experiences, and design innovative features that align with business and user needs. They will also contribute to shaping and advocating for design standards and best practices at Chime Labs.

Qualifications

• Experience in building product for customers in the home and services industry
• Ability to leverage AI to speed up work
• Expertise in Visual Design and Product Design
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies
• Strong skills in UX Research and applying insights to improve product usability
• Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and marketing
• Ability to prototype and iterate design solutions based on feedback
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Experience in a senior design role, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment, is a plus
