Expectations

What We Want To See

• At least two years of experience as a Game Designer or System Designer
• Experience developing features from concept to post launch support
• Strong understanding of the midcore and hardcore mobile F2P market
• Experience working with statistics, analytics, and community feedback to support features after release
• High level of independence and the ability to work without constant supervision
• Native Russian language

Additionally, It Would Be Great To Have

• Ability to describe player experience and translate it into UI and UX mockups
• Solid playtime in RolePlay projects, GTA like games, social projects, or MMOs
• Experience working with Unity and online games

What You Will Be Doing

• Feature ownership for around seventy percent of the role, including supporting feature production, task decomposition, answering team questions, and reviewing results
• Participating in R& D by helping build prototypes in a Game Designer role, exploring best solutions, and breaking down external projects
• Discovery work focused on identifying growth opportunities and proposing features to improve the core gameplay experience
• Game design documentation, including creating and maintaining technical specifications, prototype plans, and R& D plans
