About the Role: At ChickyTutor.com, we are solving the "The Wall"—the moment a language learner knows enough grammar to pass a test but is too terrified to speak to a human. We are looking for a Senior Engineer to lead the development of our real-time voice-to-voice interface. This isn't just about building a UI; it’s about orchestrating a complex pipeline of AI models to create a "human-like" tutor that lives in your pocket.

Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Optimization: Architect and maintain a low-latency pipeline connecting speech to speech models or Speech-to-Text (STT), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Text-to-Speech (TTS).
• Memory & Personalization: Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems to ensure the AI remembers that a user struggled with "past tense verbs" yesterday and brings them up naturally in today’s conversation.
• Scalability: Ensure our voice servers can handle thousands of concurrent, high-bandwidth audio streams without dropping a single syllable.

Requirements:

• Passionate about AI and future minded development + experience in Full-Stack development (Python, Node.js, React).
• Deep understanding of WebRTC and WebSockets for real-time data streaming.
