Marketing Director (Web3)

We're a Web3 startup dedicated to building Autonomous Worlds, standing at the forefront of disruptive innovation! Currently in the Pre-Seed stage, we're exploring the fusion of AI and digital assets to redefine how virtual worlds operate in the future.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy to drive brand growth and user acquisition.
• Plan and execute product launches and user growth initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and accurately target key audiences.
• Lead the Community Manager and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve business objectives.
• Perform data-driven analysis of marketing activities to optimize performance and maximize ROI.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional English communication skills to address global market needs.
• At least 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a background in Web3, tech industries preferred.
• Expertise in Applied Behavioral Science Marketing (ABSM) strategies and creativity to turn forward-thinking ideas into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with Web3 marketing models and culture, including DeFi, community, and content marketing.
• Strong soft skills and execution skills, capable of inspiring teams and fostering collaboration.
• A deep "passion" for Web3 and Autonomous Worlds, with a willingness to explore new challenges outside your comfort zone.
