We are searching for a Marketing Program Manager dedicated to helping businesses ranging from enterprises to startups, educational institutions and government agencies to see the benefits of our client’s technology come to life.
We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to support the localisation and production of marketing assets across EMEA. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, sales enablement, and communications. You will work closely with global marketing, local market teams, and production agencies to ensure assets are not only delivered on time but tailored to regional needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production and localisation of marketing assets for EMEA markets.
- Ensure all assets align with the product journey and reflect local nuances, regulations, and customer expectations.
- Brief and manage creative and production agencies for asset creation, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Develop and execute GTM (Go-To-Market) plans for asset deployment, working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Upload and manage assets in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for local teams.
- Build a deep understanding of new products, their positioning, and the sales cycle.
- Partner with sales teams to identify where products are being sold and what collateral is required.
- Gather insights from local markets on needs and priorities, aligning them with global guidance and available assets.
- Adapt and optimise global content for regional use to maximise impact.
- Act as the detail-oriented producer ensuring all moving parts; briefing, production, approvals, and delivery are tracked and managed effectively.
- Collect feedback and campaign learnings to improve future production processes.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (global marketing, sales, comms, and product teams) to ensure timely execution.
- Contribute to the internal communications strategy, ensuring stakeholders across EMEA are aligned on campaign updates and asset availability.
- Create and deliver clear, detail-oriented internal comms and updates to support adoption of new assets and campaigns.
Required experience:
- Solid (ideally 3-5 years plus) B2B marketing experience within a Cloud or IT enterprise environment
- Exp of working with tech vendors and their customers
- Strong experience managing creative production processes (briefing agencies, delivering campaigns, asset creation).
- Understanding of product lifecycle and go-to-market journeys.
- Ability to tailor content for local markets and balance global guidance with regional needs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across global and regional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with content management systems and internal platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in creating external-facing assets and internal comms.
