Growth Marketing Lead

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to take full ownership of CherryPitch’s marketing strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for building scalable growth systems, from brand positioning and content to paid acquisition, partnerships, and lifecycle automation.

You’ll work directly with the founder/CEO, manage the marketing stack, and be accountable for growing our user base of founders and investors. This is a hands-on, creative, analytical role with significant ownership and long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Execution

• Own and execute CherryPitch’s full-funnel marketing strategy
• Develop clear messaging that communicates CherryPitch’s value to founders, angels, and VCs.
• Plan and run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other performance channels.
• Build growth playbooks and automate marketing operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Content & Brand

• Manage CherryPitch’s brand voice, storytelling, and visual consistency.
• Create and schedule content for our company LinkedIn page, newsletter, and blog.
• Write copy for product pages, onboarding flows, and drip campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and product to ensure a unified user experience.

Data & Optimization

• Set up tracking to measure success metrics.
• Build dashboards to monitor key growth metrics and campaign ROI.
• Test and optimize landing pages, emails, and CTAs.

Partnerships & Community

• Build relationships with accelerators, angels, and VCs for co-marketing opportunities.
• Launch referral and ambassador programs for early adopters and advisors.
• Represent CherryPitch in founder communities, newsletters, and digital events.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation for SaaS, B2B, or startup ecosystems.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth and optimizing funnels.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Data-driven mindset to define, measure and track performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
