The opportunity
We’re recruiting a Marketing Director for a rapidly growing healthcare business operating in alternative medicine.
B Corp certified and employing around 170 people, the business helps patients access specialist clinicians and prescription treatments through its own technology platform. Since launching its patient service in 2024, it has established a growing patient base and is now preparing for its next phase of growth, with ambitious international expansion plans.
This is an opportunity to shape the marketing strategy, lead a multidisciplinary team and make a measurable contribution to the growth of a business focused on improving access to specialist healthcare.

You’ll oversee the journey from a prospective patient’s first interaction with the business through to consultation, prescription and appropriate ongoing engagement.
This is a hands-on leadership position. Alongside setting strategy and developing your team, you’ll examine campaign performance, challenge assumptions, improve messaging and work with specialists to turn insight into action.
