We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with mandatory experience in Mobile App Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running app install, re-engagement, and purchase campaigns while optimizing performance based on ROAS, CPI, CPA, and LTV.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Mobile App Performance Marketing (Mandatory)
- Experience managing Android app campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google App Campaigns (UAC/ACi) and Meta App Campaigns
- Good understanding of Firebase, GA4, and conversion tracking
- Comfortable analyzing campaign performance using Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize App Install, Re-engagement, and Purchase campaigns.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining target CPI, CPA, and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze user acquisition, retention, revenue, and LTV metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Monitor competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other app acquisition platforms.
- Understanding of attribution windows, SKAN (preferred), deep linking, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of remarketing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Experience working with subscription or in-app purchase business models is a plus.
