AI-Native Content Systems Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Content Manager to build and run an AI-native content system. This role transcends traditional content creation, focusing instead on developing a competitive advantage through a scalable content asset and distribution strategy. The ideal candidate will own the entire content lifecycle across long-form, social, and video channels, acting as both a creator and a systems builder. You will partner with product marketing, marketing programs, and sales to translate company narratives into a high-impact presence that drives pipeline and influences buying decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Narrative: Define and evolve content strategy across the customer journey, translating company narratives into actionable plans for blogs, video, and social channels. Collaborate with leadership to shape thought leadership.
- Content Production: Plan and create diverse content formats (pillar content, blogs, executive bylines, video, sales assets). Build and manage the editorial calendar and develop AI-native workflows to accelerate production and scale outputs across multiple formats.
- Distribution and Visibility: Own presence on LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms. Build an executive visibility program including ghostwriting. Drive co-marketing opportunities and expand reach into CISO communities and partner ecosystems.
- Video and Multimedia: Lead the shift to video-first storytelling. Create and edit short-form video (explainers, talking heads, social clips) using AI tools for scripting, editing, and captioning.
- Performance and Experimentation: Own performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions, influenced pipeline). Run continuous experiments to scale successful playbooks.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years in content marketing, communications, or digital media within B2B technology (specifically cybersecurity, infrastructure, or network domains preferred).
- AI Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and AI-driven video tools (Descript, Opus Clip, Runway, ElevenLabs, Submagic, Captions). Comfort with design tools like Midjourney, DALL E, or Adobe Firefly.
- Writing & Voice: Exceptional writing ability across long-form, social, and executive voice. Ability to explain prompting approaches and ensure brand voice accuracy at scale.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of CMS (HubSpot, WordPress, Saleshood), email platforms, and search fundamentals.
- Systems Mindset: Proven track record of building scalable content engines and growing LinkedIn and X channels.
- Soft Skills: Adaptability in a fast-moving environment, willingness to engage with customers/partners/sales, and a bias for execution.
- Public Face: Experience supporting executives/founders as public voices; willingness to be highly visible and travel 25% of the time for events.
