KLDiscovery is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead the development of high-impact, insight-driven content. This role is critical for strengthening brand authority, driving engagement, and generating measurable pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will translate complex legal, technical, and data-driven concepts into compelling narratives for enterprise and legal audiences.
You will own the full content lifecycle—from strategy and vision to execution, scaling, and optimization. Proficiency in leveraging generative AI as a force multiplier to produce accurate, on-brand, and high-quality content is a core requirement. This position demands a balance of intellectual curiosity, speed, and precision within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning: Build and own content strategies aligned to the buyer journey; develop quarterly plans tied to campaigns and GTM priorities.
- Content Development: Create and lead the development of white papers, case studies, blogs, webinars, and strategic assets; position KLDiscovery as a trusted industry voice.
- AI-Driven Creation: Leverage generative AI tools for research, ideation, and creation; apply prompt engineering to produce high-quality outputs; edit for tone, accuracy, and clarity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy; support sales enablement with case studies and assets.
- SEO & Performance: Optimize content for search (SEO/GEO/AIO); track traffic, engagement, and conversion using analytics tools.
- Lead Generation: Develop gated content to support lead nurturing; align content with campaigns to drive MQL and SQL growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years of content marketing experience in B2B, SaaS, or legal technology.
- Proven ability to create high-quality, technical content for professional or enterprise audiences.
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools for content creation, including prompt engineering and output refinement.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, demand generation, and pipeline growth.
- Experience with SEO/GEO/AIO best practices and analytical tools.
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, or litigation support.
- Understanding of legal workflows and data management.
- Experience creating content specifically for legal, technical, or enterprise audiences.
Success Metrics
- Content contribution to pipeline, lead generation, and revenue.
- Engagement and performance metrics across content channels.
- Conversion rates from content to MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQL (Sales Qualified Leads).
