Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)

Job Summary
SmartAcre, a B2B marketing technology agency, is seeking a Demand Generation Engineer. This role focuses on building, executing, and optimizing demand generation programs using HubSpot and Google Ads. The ideal candidate translates go-to-market goals into actionable campaigns, workflows, and reporting, using data to drive pipeline growth and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute demand generation programs to attract, convert, and nurture B2B audiences.
- Execute technical tasks in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including creating lists, workflows, emails, landing pages, forms, and performance reports.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads Search campaigns (keyword strategy, ad copy, budget pacing, and analysis).
- Connect campaign execution to business outcomes such as lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline influence, and budget efficiency.
- Collaborate with account managers, strategists, RevOps experts, designers, and clients to drive project forward.
- Leverage AI and marketing technology to automate processes and improve campaign systems.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding progress, performance reports, and data-informed recommendations.
Qualifications
Required
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in demand generation, growth marketing, paid media, or marketing operations.
- Current working experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub (ability to build independently).
- Experience connecting marketing activity to sales processes (HubSpot Sales Hub knowledge preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Search campaigns beyond surface-level metrics.
- Ability to analyze data and explain findings in plain English.
- Comfortable speaking regularly with clients on weekly or bi-weekly calls.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in CO, PA, TX, MI, or VA.
- Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity and strategic thinking.
Preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
- Content creation experience (campaign messaging, email, landing pages, ad copy).
- Experience with other paid platforms and modern marketing automation.
