Role Summary
Crescendo is seeking an experienced Content Marketing professional to lead thought leadership, research, and campaign strategies. The role focuses on defining "agent-native CX" through ghost-writing for executives, producing original data-driven research, and managing webinar/event content programs. The ideal candidate balances high-quality editorial judgment with AI fluency to drive pipeline influence.
Key Responsibilities
Thought Leadership & Research:
Ghost-write and co-create content with the CEO and leadership team.
Commission and produce original research reports (e.g., "State of AI CX") that are cited by journalists and analysts.
Define category positioning through methodology content and point-of-view essays.
Campaigns & Launches:
Build content arcs for product announcements, press releases, and launches.
Develop competitive displacement campaigns against competitors like Zendesk, Intercom, and Sierra.
Create industry-specific content for verticals including Banking, Finance, Healthcare, and Retail.
Webinars & Events:
Own the webinar program (topic selection, execution, repurposing).
Manage event content strategy before, during, and after events.
Produce deep-dive customer case studies that drive sales deals.
Strategy & Analytics:
Collaborate with the VP of Product Marketing on strategy and positioning.
Leverage sales insights and win/loss data to align content with buyer realities.
Measure success through share of voice, pipeline influence, and content-assisted deals.
