Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated HubSpot Specialist with B2B SaaS experience to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing and managing our HubSpot platform to support marketing, sales, and operational initiatives. The HubSpot Specialist will work closely with the Sales and Marketing to ensure data-driven decision-making and seamless system functionality.

Primary Responsibilities
- HubSpot Management:
- Oversee the configuration, implementation, and optimization of HubSpot for marketing, sales, and operational needs.
- Manage workflows, pipelines, and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and track campaigns, ensuring proper attribution and reporting.
- Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms within HubSpot.
- Data Management:
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy within HubSpot, including cleaning and importing data as needed.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports for real-time insights into marketing and sales performance.
- Sales Enablement:
- Support the sales team with optimized workflows, automated sequences, and lead scoring models.
- Train team members on HubSpot tools and functionality to enhance adoption and usage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and sales teams to align HubSpot capabilities with organizational goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related issues and troubleshooting.
- Content Distribution & Syndication:
- Manage content syndication across platforms and partners, ensuring consistent tagging, tracking, and attribution within HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot and Google Analytics to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and content engagement.
- List Segmentation & Workflow Automation:
- Create and maintain segmented lists, automated workflows, and lead nurturing sequences tailored to lifecycle stages and engagement scores.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing HubSpot in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot’s marketing, sales, and service hubs, including automation, workflows, and reporting.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support teams effectively.
- Demonstrated experience with content tagging, campaign attribution, and reporting using Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with list segmentation, contact management, and workflow automation within a HubSpot CRM.
- Strong understanding of data hygiene best practices, including scorecard development and managing duplicate or outdated contact records.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with integration tools such as Zapier or APIs to connect HubSpot with other systems.

Pay: ₹279,596.29 - ₹1,268,495.50 per year
