Channel Impact is seeking an experienced GSI Partner Marketing Manager to join our winning team. In this role, you will develop and execute joint marketing programs with strategic Global System Integrator partners for our client to drive awareness, demand, pipeline, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned, self-directed B2B partner marketer who can take ownership of the role, establish processes, and operate independently with minimal oversight. You are both strategic and hands-on, with experience building strong GSI relationships and translating joint business priorities into measurable marketing programs.
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S. or Canada.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with assigned GSI partners aligned to joint business and revenue priorities.
- Build joint go-to-market campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation, pipeline, and customer engagement.
- Partner closely with GSI Partner Sales and alliance teams to identify priorities and translate them into actionable marketing programs.
- Develop joint messaging, campaigns, content, customer stories, webinars, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute partner events, executive engagements, industry conferences, workshops, and field programs.
- Collaborate with field marketing and Sales to activate GSI programs within priority accounts, industries, and regions.
- Support joint solution and industry-focused campaigns in partnership with Product Marketing and GSI stakeholders.
- Manage MDF and other partner marketing investments, ensuring funds are aligned with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Manage program budgets, purchase orders (POs), procurement processes, agencies, and vendors.
- Develop program plans, calendars, timelines, and deliverables across multiple GSI initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partner marketing teams.
- Track campaign performance, leads, pipeline sourced/influenced, partner engagement, and ROI.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to Sales, Partner, and Marketing leadership.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful programs across additional partners, regions, and markets.
What you bring:
- 7+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, preferably within partner, alliance, channel, or field marketing.
- Experience working in SaaS environments, including large and small companies and startups.
- Must be AI-savvy with a strong understanding of AI and demonstrated experience using AI professionally.
- Experience working with Global System Integrators, strategic alliances, or large technology partners.
- Strong understanding of partner go-to-market strategies and joint demand-generation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing programs that contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
- Experience working closely with Partner Sales, Alliance Managers, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing partner events, executive programs, digital campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Experience managing MDF, marketing budgets, POs, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and programs simultaneously.
- Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, partner marketing platforms, and project management tools preferred.
- Ability to travel approximately 5% to 10%.
