Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Internal Marketing Communications Manager to join our winning team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing communications and effective marketing strategies with our client's HR organization. The ideal candidate has strong internal marketing communications experience and has worked for a high-tech company.
This is a full-time, approximately 4 month, salaried opportunity for a remote worker within the United States or Canada.
What you will be doing:
- Manage stakeholder engagement - identify key groups and business objectives; translate objectives into marketing and communications plans.
- Be a close collaborative partner with program Change Manager. Co-design GtM and change communication strategy, identify target personas, enablement strategy by persona, etc.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand and articulate core program messages while influencing those stakeholders on the recommended approach. Develop and execute change communication deliverables aligned to a program’s marketing strategy across multiple channels to reach a global and diverse internal audience.
- Collaborate and coordinate with Marketing team to ensure consistency in media, messages and assisting digitalization & design teams with collateral and content development, revisions, printing, and production requirements.
- Deliver high-quality work that translates complex ideas into compelling, polished, and simple language.
- Create, edit, and proofread content for email announcements, internal newsletters, FAQs, program websites, and presentations.
- Coordinating with other marketing and communication team members to implement innovative campaigns and strategies with appropriate internal marketing channels, vehicles, and tactics.
- Create detailed PowerPoint presentations to communicate marketing strategies across different audiences.
- Help identify best practices and operating efficiencies.
- Maintain awareness and understanding of program support.
What you bring:
- 5-7 years of internal/employee communication experience within the high-tech industry (Required)
- Excellent communication and writing skills (Required)
- Experience with developing and executing strategic communications
- Ability to communicate the story so it tells in a clear, compelling manner.
- Proven ability to write compelling, polished copy across multiple media for varying audiences.
- An eye for detail with the ability to hold self and others accountable to agreed deliverables within communicated deadlines.
- Experience working with data to make informed decisions.
- Team-oriented and able to work in a collaborative environment.
