Channel Impact is seeking a Benefits Communications Program Manager to play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing Benefits-related employee communication initiatives for our client. This role ensures the client’s Benefits programs are delivered with clarity, consistency, and operational rigor—driving alignment, adoption, and measurable outcomes for multiple audiences.

The ideal candidate operates as both a program manager and connector, translating strategy into executable plans, builds governance, and ensures disciplined delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives. A successful candidate will possess a growth mindset and leverage AI for work optimization.

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits for a remote worker within the United States.

What you will be doing?

Benefits Program Management

  • Own day-to-day process management for our client’s Benefits communication initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Convert benefits strategies into structured project plans, timelines, and workstreams and coordinate execution across cross-functional partners and communication channels.
  • Establish and operationalize governance frameworks, processes, and tools that drive clarity, accountability, and scalable delivery. Build and maintain program infrastructure including documentation, trackers, playbooks, and intake materials
  • Facilitate core project team meetings, track actions, and ensure on-time execution.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure messaging, segmentation, and delivery plans are executed consistently across channels and audiences
  • Define and track operational KPIs, maintain reporting dashboards, and apply insights to continuously improve execution effectiveness.

What you bring?

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing program management or project management in a large enterprise or high-tech environment. (Required)
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and operational planning
  • Proven experience building and documenting process improvements
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Outstanding written communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong “can-do” mindset
  • Experience supporting HR, or People-related program, preferred Benefits related initiatives
  • Familiarity with change management and adoption-driven initiatives
  • Experience operating within a tiered or intake-based support model
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Experience with Monday.com and/or Airtable
  • Proficiency using collaboration tools such as Webex and Teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
