🔍 About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in Meta advertising (Facebook & Instagram) to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads that convert into customers.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager (Meta Business Suite)
• Design and A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL)
• Build custom audiences and use retargeting strategies to maximize conversions
• Analyze campaign performance, generate weekly reports, and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and goals
• Use CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) to track, qualify, and hand off leads to the sales pipeline
• Monitor trends and best practices in Meta’s advertising tools and algorithms
• Ensure campaigns comply with Meta’s advertising policies

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running lead generation campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

• Proven track record of achieving low CPLs and high-quality lead generation

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and pixel setup

• Experience with CRM tools and lead nurturing workflows

• Analytical mindset with experience using Meta Insights and other analytics tools

• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills are a plus

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
