Overview
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, improve product visibility, and optimize eCommerce performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in email marketing, marketing automation, product merchandising, SEO, social media strategy, HubSpot management, and data analysis.
The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering best-in-class experiences for our buyers to simplify their sourcing process. This is a fully remote position, but we prefer candidates based in Minnesota.

Qualifications & Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related fields.
· Strong expertise in email marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing. HubSpot experience required.
· Hands-on experience with SEO research and optimization, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content strategy.
· Proven track record in product merchandising and eCommerce optimization.
· Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker, and competitive research tools (SEMrush, Hotjar, etc.).
· Experience developing and executing social media strategies for B2B or B2C brands.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present insights clearly.
· Must be willing to traveling a few times a year.
· Must be located in MN within an hour of Minneapolis/St.Paul.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
