The Position:

Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for a Network Troubleshooting Engineer to support one of our state-level clients.

This position is contingent upon contract award

Overview:

The Network Troubleshooting Engineer will focus on troubleshooting, migration support, and post-implementation issue resolution for the firewall migration project.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and put mitigations in place needed after migration
• Learn State Network Architecture and support changing interface connectivity
• Support deployment of 85 Palo Alto 440s assigned to DVR networks and 66 Palo Alto 440s assigned to LPHA networks
• Provide technical support during testing and implementation phases

Education & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in network engineering
• Experience with architecting and configuring firewall network connections
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues as it relates to the State Network
