Our client is a leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) space is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Manager to oversee and grow its paid and organic social media channels. This role is critical to driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and others, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage and scale organic social media initiatives, focusing on community building, brand storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and analyze paid campaigns, leveraging data to maximize ROAS and CPA performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, and e-commerce teams to align social strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Identify emerging trends, platform updates, and influencer opportunities to enhance both paid and organic efforts.
- Report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to leadership to continually refine the brand’s social media presence.
- Manage external agencies and partners as needed, ensuring quality and efficiency of campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience managing both paid and organic social media for DTC brands, preferably in the CPG space.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and other major social ad platforms.
- Strong understanding of creative best practices for social media ads and content.
- Experience optimizing acquisition funnels and measuring full-funnel performance from awareness through conversion.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
