Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer at Challenger App. The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling assets for digital platforms, including marketing creatives, social media graphics, in-app screens, banners, and presentation materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting briefs, developing concepts and storyboards, designing graphics aligned with brand guidelines, and collaborating with product, marketing, and content teams. The role also involves refining visual elements based on feedback, ensuring consistency in branding across all channels, and preparing files optimized for various devices and formats. The Graphic Designer will contribute to improving user engagement and brand recognition through thoughtful, learner-centric visual design.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital products and marketing assets.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout design to create clear, readable, and engaging visual content.
• Ability to work with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) or equivalent software.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital design work, ideally for apps, edtech products, or consumer-facing platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and an understanding of design principles for mobile and web.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
