Marketing Manager Social Media - Eastern Europe
Location: Remote in either Poland or Czech Republic
Our client is a Europe-headquartered renewables start-up since 2024, they strive to excel in advanced technologies, tailored solutions, and eco-friendly practices, leading the global shift towards a more sustainable and environmentally friendly energy landscape. They are committed to providing a wide range of renewable energy products and services, including solar power systems, inverters, energy storage solutions, EV charging systems, etc. and related components, to the international market.
They are seeking a Marketing Manager (Exhibition and Event, Social Media) position focusing on planning and executing brand promotion and advertising campaigns across major social media platforms. The role involves developing tailored marketing strategies, analyzing campaign data, optimizing advertising performance, and enhancing brand presence and engagement.
Your mission
- Plan and execute brand promotion and advertising campaigns on major social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Plan and execute offline exhibitions and events, and online events across the Eastern Europe.
- Develop differentiated marketing strategies tailored to various products, markets, and advertising platforms within the renewable energy sector.
- Establish a exhibitions and events , and social media content calendar and an advertising material library.
- Utilize online digital marketing methods (LinkedIn, SEO, Google Ads, etc.) to expand online touchpoints with distributors and installers, and enhance interaction with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyse social media advertising data and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Continuously optimize advertising strategies to improve ad performance and ROI.
- Optimize social media account operations based on performance data to enhance the influence.
- Analyse competitors' social media content and promotion strategies within the renewable energy industry.
- Continuously improve off-site promotion strategies and resources.
- Plan and execute marketing activities for major Eastern European exhibitions.
- Develop and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Provide data support for new promotion plans.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, Renewable Energy, or related fields, and at least 2 years of experience in exhibitions and events, social media operations and promotion, or e-commerce advertising within the renewable energy sector.
- Experience with major European exhibitions in the Eastern Europe is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with multiple Eastern European social media platforms, and proficient in using advertising analysis tools including but not limited to LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, ,etc.
- Experience and resources to produce high-quality video content for social media platforms.
- Systematical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and strong execution ability and team spirit.
- Be flexible and willing to travel abroad as necessary for exhibitions, events, and other business needs.
- Proficiency in English for workplace communication. Fluency in at least one of the languages in the Eastern Europe.
