Your role in our team

You support our clients within an innovation ecosystem and help shape their future data-driven strategies. You provide actionable insights using the latest concepts from the field of artificial intelligence. You develop machine learning algorithms that address current technological challenges. You also help clients visualize the information you generate, making it easy to share with stakeholders.

Thanks to your experience, you can translate the latest industry and IT trends into innovative solutions tailored to our clients’ operations. You participate in business development and sales processes to create new opportunities with existing or potential CGI clients. You are a team player who thrives in diverse environments and collaborates with other experts to find the best solutions.

How You Strengthen Our Team

You are proactive and enjoy taking on challenges. With your expertise, you deliver the best solutions and identify those that offer the most value. You are also capable of mentoring and coaching your colleagues. You bring the following skills and experience:

A university degree (Bachelor or Master) with a strong statistical component, such as Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Econometrics.

Proficiency in Python and/or R (pandas, tensorflow, scikit-learn, matplotlib).

Experience with advanced analytics, big data, and machine learning.

Knowledge of ML libraries for classification and regression (scikit-learn, keras, pytorch).

Familiarity with NLP libraries (SpaCy, NLPK, Stanford).

Proven experience solving complex challenges through data analysis and modeling.

At least 5 years of experience in the data domain.

Knowledge of Agile working methodologies.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google.

French-speaking with at least B2-level Dutch and strong English proficiency.

Be legally residing in Belgium.

Jouw rol in ons team

Je helpt onze klanten in een innovatie-ecosysteem en helpt hun toekomstige data gedreven strategie vorm te geven en geeft inzichten waarop ze kunnen acteren. Je voert analyses uit en maakt daarbij gebruik van de nieuwste concepten en mogelijkheden uit de wereld van artificial intelligence. Je ontwikkelt machine learning algoritmes die de laatste technologische vraagstukken kunnen beantwoorden. Daarnaast help je onze klanten door je opgedane informatie visueel inzichtelijk te maken, zodat jij deze kennis op een begrijpbare manier kan delen met onze stakeholders.

Met je opgedane werkervaring ben je in staat om de laatste industrie- en IT trends te vertalen naar (innovatieve) oplossingen, die passen bij de bedrijfsvoering van onze klanten. Je neemt hiervoor deel aan business development- en sales trajecten met als doel nieuwe kansen te creëren bij bestaande of nieuwe klanten van CGI. Je bent een teamspeler en bent in staat om in een gevarieerd team je rol te pakken en samen met andere experts tot de beste oplossing te komen.

Hoe jij ons team versterkt

Je bent proactief en houdt van een uitdaging. Met jouw kennis kom je tot de beste oplossingen voor onze klanten en weet je welke oplossingen de meeste toegevoegde waarde opleveren. Door jouw ervaring weet jij ook jouw teamleden naar een hoger niveau te begeleiden en te coachen. Daarnaast breng je de volgende kennis en ervaring mee:

• Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding met een sterk statistisch component, zoals (toegepaste) wiskunde, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, of Econometrie.
• Kennis en ervaring met Python en/of R (pandas, tensorflow, scikit-learn, matplotlib)
• Kennis en ervaring met het gebruik van advanced analytics, big data, machine learning
• Kennis en ervaring van ML Libraries voor classificatie en regressie (scikit-learn, keras, pytorch)
• Kennis en ervaring met NLP Libraries (zoals SpaCy, NLPK of Stanford)
• Aantoonbare ervaring in het oplossen van complexe uitdagingen met behulp van data analyse en modellering
• Minstens 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen het data domein.
• Kennis op het gebied van Agile werkmethoden.
• Aantoonbare ervaring met cloud platformen, zoals Azure, AWS of Google.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal en B2 kennis in Frans .
• Reeds wettelijk in België verblijven.
