Senior Product Designer

Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to collaborate closely with our teams to enhance our product across a range of touch-points. In this role, you will use your expertise in UX and UI expertise to work on current roadmap objective as well as identify opportunities for product improvement, collaborate on research, prototype innovative solutions, and work together with the team to deliver high-quality, user-focused design.

Your role involves assessing and understand where we stand today in the context of the complex e-commerce landscape, articulating the range of possible pathways forwards, and strategise concrete actionable steps. Additionally, you'll leverage testing methodologies and performance metrics to ensure delivery is measurable and impactful.

You will work in collaboration with our designers, development team and other internal teams and stakeholders to products a wholistic, consistent and engaging product experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve the user experience and interface design across a range of systems
• Conduct research and testing to identify opportunities and validate design decisions.
• Work with stakeholders and product teams to align on design strategy and maintain a seamless vision.
• Develop prototypes and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insight
• Contribute to and help maintain a consistent design system across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-fidelity execution, and recommend best practices such as A/B testing for deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years experience in UX and UI design or complex digital products, eCommerce experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Figma and basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop).
• Ability to leverage research and data to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Passion for staying current with emerging design trends and tools, and the ability to work within the constraints of large systems.
• A keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset for making impactful design improvements.
