What You’ll Do
As a Senior Specialist – Application Development/Technical Service, you’ll serve as the go-to technical expert, helping customers bring their ideas to life with our advanced polymer solutions. From pre-sales engineering support to post-sales optimization, you’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
You will:
- Act as a technical advisor for customers using our polymers in packaging and manufacturing applications
- Lead technical presentations and create solution-driven proposals to address customer challenges
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and engineering to align our offerings with market demands
- Guide customers through material selection, process conditions, and machinery recommendations
- Deliver samples, technical documentation, and ongoing support to ensure long-term client success
- Attend industry events and trade shows to stay ahead of trends and promote our solutions

What We’re Looking For
- A BS in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MS or PhD preferred)
- Deep knowledge of polypropylene and hands-on experience in plastics product development and polymer processing
- Familiarity with rigid or flexible packaging applications
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 40 to 50 percent
