The Opportunity

We're hiring a Director of Affiliate Marketing to lead and grow our affiliate partner program. If you’re a self-starter with a strong performance marketing background and experience in driving high-quality leads, this is your chance to earn $100,000+ annually in a results-driven, remote role.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, manage, and grow a network of affiliate partners
• Design and execute affiliate strategies that generate qualified leads
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and goals
• Track performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
• Manage reporting and provide insight into key metrics

Compensation (Performance-Based):

• $250 per qualified meeting scheduled with an agency owner
• $1,000 per signed engagement agreement
• $10,000+ per closed M&A deal (based on deal size and structure)
• Typical deal cycle: 3–6 months

You Bring:

• Proven success in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital partnerships
• Strong sales instincts and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and self-management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in M&A or investment banking (a plus, not required)
