Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the EMEA regional marketing team dedicated to generating leads and creating pipeline for the Food & Beverage and Cosmetics & Personal Care Markets. This role is responsible for the regional strategy and execution of all local marketing activities needed to support EMEA’s Food & Beverage and Cosmetics & Personal Care team to thrive.
You will report directly to the EMEA Marketing Director, lead a talented team and partner with sales, product marketing and the digital marketing team. Together, you’ll drive market penetration, generate high-impact leads and position Centric Software as the go-to platform for the biggest names in Food & Beverage and Cosmetics & Personal Care Markets. You will have the opportunity to leverage your deep understanding of the grocery/food/beauty industry and also B2B enterprise software marketing.
You are high energy and persistent, have a strong work ethic and enjoy your work. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are well-spoken but are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and accept a challenge. You are both a strategic thinker and do-er who can handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
8-10+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in B2B software or technology industries.
Experience with demand and lead generation, field marketing and strategic account marketing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
