We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer/Product Designer with a proven background in consulting and leading design teams. This individual will play a critical role in shaping digital products from concept through execution, working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams. You will guide product design strategy, champion user-centered design principles, and help architect scalable, performant solutions that align with business goals.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end design process.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to other designers and junior team members, support project teams with technical guidance.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Translate complex requirements into elegant and intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Partner with solution architects and development teams to ensure design consistency, scalability, and performance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to architectural planning, including the development of design patterns and technical specifications.
• Support estimation activities and help decompose work breakdown structures for level-of-effort and time assessments to inform Statements of Work (SOW).
• Stay informed on emerging UX/UI trends, SaaS best practices, cloud technologies, and microservices design patterns.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management capacity.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, including direct client interaction and solution delivery.
• Proven experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native applications and SaaS product design.
• Familiarity with solution architecture principles, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and event-driven architecture.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital product design work across various industries and use cases.
• Ability to lead discovery, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working on enterprise-grade software or large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Ability to define and document system architecture, data models, and API specifications.
• Experience implementing or designing for event-sourced and real-time applications.
• Familiarity with estimation frameworks and agile delivery methodologies.
