About The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Services Product Specialist to join our digital marketing platform, Legalfit. In this role, you will shape how firms use Centerbase’s digital marketing product to grow their business. You’ll focus on driving adoption, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results, and translating client needs into product improvements. Success means demonstrating the product’s impact through stronger lead generation, higher conversion rates, and increased client visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with our marketing services teams to align product capabilities with the needs of digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, LSA, etc.).
- Contribute to best practices, playbooks, and internal enablement to improve and align marketing services with customer goals through our analytics stack and digital KPIs
- Partner with the product and customer operations teams to drive features that provide transparency and enhance campaign performance for customers.
- Analyze customer performance data and make SEO and other recommendations for improvements
- Ensure marketing services remain competitive through integration of AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Act as the product evangelist both internally and externally, showcasing the value of our services
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, market trends, and internal teams to inform product evolution.
- Provide thought leadership in digital marketing technology, positioning the agency as a category leader.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital marketing or marketing technology, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO (on-site/off-site), content strategy, PPC/LSA advertising, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, BrightLocal, or related platforms.
- Ability to translate marketing needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven track record of leading and supporting successful projects, making sound decisions, and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with customer reporting portals or marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to frame the right questions, evaluate multiple facets of a problem, derive solutions, and simulate possible outcomes.
- Strong empathy for users to deliver solutions that provide real value.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a marketing agency, in-house marketing team, or MarTech company.
- Experience working with legal industry clients or service-based SMBs.
- Familiarity with customer reporting portals or marketing automation tools.
This is a remote position. Candidate living in the Dallas, TX and Kansas City, KS/MO metros will be given preference.
