_Purpose
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager focused on the Government and Public Safety sector to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales efforts in the law enforcement and emergency services markets.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the public safety ecosystem and have direct experience marketing to or working within law enforcement, 911 communications, or emergency response organizations. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and demonstrate the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and leadership teams.
Position Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting government entities, law enforcement, and emergency services.
- Develop marketing strategies in partnership with the Government Sales team to reach and influence key decision-makers in public safety roles.
- Create and manage content, events, email campaigns, digital ads, and partner programs that generate demand and convert leads.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to write, design, and launch marketing assets and campaigns that reflect the needs and culture of the public safety market.
- Own campaign performance metrics and report on lead generation, pipeline impact, and ROI.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the public safety tech landscape, competitive players, and buyer personas.
- Ensure all marketing content adheres to brand identity and messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a minimum of 2+ years focused on public safety, law enforcement, or government products or services. .
- Strong understanding of public sector sales cycles, stakeholder dynamics, and decision-making processes.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead multiple simultaneous marketing initiatives with a focus on outcomes.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Experience supporting sales teams with targeted regional or vertical campaigns is preferred.
- Demonstrated success driving growth and awareness in mission-critical, trust-based environments is preferred.
- Background working at or with companies serving the public safety, law enforcement, or emergency response sectors is preferred.
