The Senior UI/UX Designer is responsible for the complete design experience of the application, integrating visual creativity with research-driven usability practices. This professional balances aesthetics, branding, and user-centered design while working hand-in-hand with the frontend development team. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web-based platforms or data-intensive applications.
- English proficiency at a C1-Technical level or higher.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with responsive, component-based design systems and dynamic forms.
- Deep understanding of design principles, including atomic design, layout grids, typography, and accessibility (WCAG).
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience collaborating directly with frontend developers and technical leads in Agile environments.
- Proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights into actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with secure UI/UX patterns for sensitive data, especially in healthcare or regulated systems.
- Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced and iterative product development environments.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
- Understanding of frontend technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, Angular components) is a plus.
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant design or health projects is a plus.
- UX certification (e.g., NN/g, HFI) is a plus.
