Cecilia's House is a fast-growing DTC brand built around limited-edition drops and a deeply loyal community. We're looking for a sharp, self-directed marketer to own our full marketing execution — from campaign strategy to creator coordination to weekly emails and social posting.
This is a hands-on operator role. You'll work directly with the founder to keep campaigns running like clockwork across email, SMS, social, and content — and you'll use AI tools to work smarter, not just harder.
What You'll Own
Email & SMS Marketing
- Build and send weekly community emails and campaign launches in Klaviyo
- Create and optimize flows — welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reactivation
- Handle segmentation, list building, and audience management
- Write, schedule, and QA SMS campaigns (Postscript or similar)
- Ensure messaging is consistent across all channels
Campaign & Launch Coordination
- Own the marketing calendar for monthly and bi-weekly campaign launches
- Manage the full launch lifecycle — pre-launch hype, drop day, post-launch urgency
- Track asset timelines and ensure all materials are ready before go-live
- Coordinate with the team on creative briefs and deliverables
Creator & UGC Program
- Manage ambassador and content creator relationships — outreach, briefs, payments
- Maintain contracts, deliverable tracking, and a tiered payment framework
- Grow the creator roster to increase content output over time
- Review and reconcile creator invoices before approving payment
Social Media
- Post to Instagram, TikTok, and other active channels on a consistent schedule
- Align social content with email and SMS campaign timing
- Source and repurpose UGC for organic posting
Requirements
Must have:
- 2–4 years in DTC e-commerce marketing

- Experience running product launches or drops
- Comfort managing creators and influencers
- Diverse copywriting experience across marketing platforms
- Comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently
Nice to have:
- SMS platform experience (Postscript or similar)
- Experience with community-driven or female-focused brands
- Background in limited-edition or drop-model brands
- Familiarity with creative request tools
