Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract (8-12 Months)

Compensation: Targeting around $80-$90 per hour

About the Role:

Seeking a Senior Program Manager with a strong background in infrastructure, data analysis, and agile methodologies to join our team on a contract basis. This is a high-visibility role supporting multiple teams and overseeing 20+ active projects (both internal and external), requiring a confident communicator and a true self-starter.

You’ll be expected to drive program execution across multiple workstreams, prioritize work in sprint planning, correlate data across projects and sites, and report meaningful metrics to leadership—turning complexity into clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive program delivery across multiple cross-functional teams
• Lead 2-week sprints using Jira; manage backlog and prioritize across projects
• Collect, correlate, and analyze data across several teams using Power BI
• Produce and present status updates and metrics to leadership and stakeholders
• Navigate infrastructure-focused programs (networking & security emphasis)
• Align multiple workstreams, helping teams ramp up and execute effectively
• Communicate clearly and consistently across technical and business audiences
• Push through ambiguity and find solutions proactively

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience managing projects in Jira, especially within Agile frameworks
• Proficiency in Power BI for data correlation and reporting
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, particularly networking and security
• Proven ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – especially for executive-level updates
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across distributed teams
• Ability to ramp up quickly, prioritize work, and operate independently

Contract Details:

• Duration: 8–12 months
• Start: Ideally within the next 45 days
• Work Schedule: Remote – full-time
• Sprint Cadence: 2-week sprints
• Team Environment: 6 teams, 22 active projects, multi-site
